At Max Jewelry, we take great pride in the craftsmanship and quality of every piece we offer. Each product is checked carefully before it is shipped. However, we understand that sometimes things may not go as expected. This Return & Exchanges Policy explains how we handle returns, exchanges, and order issues.

Returns & Exchange Eligibility

Because our jewelry is delicate, made-to-order, and crafted with high-quality materials, we are unable to offer returns for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference. Please review all product details, sizes, and custom requirements before placing your order.

We only accept returns or exchanges if the product arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item. Any request must be made within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos as proof.

Damaged or Wrong Product Received

If you receive a damaged piece, a defective item, or the wrong product, please contact us immediately at mfg@maxjewelry.co with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos or videos of the issue
  • Unboxing proof (if available)

Once verified, we will arrange either:

  1. A free replacement, or
  2. An exchange for the same value item

In some cases, we may ask you to return the damaged product for inspection. Return shipping instructions will be provided by our team.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned or exchanged, including:

  • Earrings
  • Customized or engraved jewelry
  • Personalized designs
  • Gift cards
  • Items purchased during sale or discount offers

Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been placed, as we begin processing immediately. Customized or made-to-order pieces cannot be canceled under any circumstances.

Return Shipping

If a return or exchange is approved, we will inform you whether shipping charges are covered by Max Jewelry or need to be paid by the customer, depending on the case.

Products must be unused, in original packaging, and returned with all tags, invoices, and accessories.

Refunds

Max Jewelry does not issue refunds for any purchases. We only offer:

  • Product replacements
  • Exchanges for manufacturing defects or incorrect items

No monetary refunds will be provided for any reason.

Color & Design Disclaimer

All product photos on our website are professionally shot under studio lighting, and slight color or texture variations may occur due to screen resolution or lighting conditions. These variations do not qualify as defects and are not eligible for return or exchange.
