Thank you for choosing Max Jewelry. We take special care in packaging and shipping each piece to ensure it reaches you safely, securely, and in perfect condition.

All in-stock items are processed and shipped within one to three business days. Custom-made or engraved jewelry requires additional production time of two to four weeks before shipping. Orders placed after 3:00 PM are processed on the next business day. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email along with tracking details to help you follow your package until it arrives.

For domestic shipping within the country, standard delivery typically takes three to six business days, while expedited options usually arrive within one to two business days. Customers can choose available shipping upgrades during checkout. For international orders, delivery times generally range from seven to fourteen business days depending on the destination and customs processing. All international shipments are handled through reliable global carriers.

Every Max Jewelry order is packed with care in a protective jewelry box and placed inside a secure outer package. We use discreet packaging with no external indication of jewelry or valuables to ensure safety during transit. High-value orders may require a signature upon delivery for added protection.

Domestic shipping is offered free of charge through trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx, DHL, or local postal services. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout and do not include customs duties, VAT, or import taxes, which remain the responsibility of the customer.

All shipments come with tracking information sent directly to your email. High-value packages are fully insured for their invoice amount. We encourage customers to monitor tracking updates and ensure someone is available to receive the delivery when it arrives.

Max Jewelry is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs inspections, weather conditions, or situations beyond our control. Any lost, stolen, or damaged package must be reported within seven days of the stated delivery date. Claims related to undelivered or empty packages may require a complete unboxing video for verification and review.

For international customers, all customs duties, VAT, and import taxes are payable by the recipient. Delivery times may vary due to customs clearance procedures, and any shipment refused because of unpaid customs fees will not be eligible for a refund.
